Volunteers
Agriculture in the Classroom NL would not be a successful program without the help of volunteers. We appreciate all that our volunteers do. Become an agriculture ambassador today!
Volunteer for various events and activities including:
Canadian Agriculture Literacy Month- Every March; read a storybook, present about your farm, or share your knowledge and passion for agriculture.
Canada's Agriculture Day- A regional event held in February. Trade Show at a K-6 school. You can host a booth or activity!
Little Green Thumbs/Little Green Sprouts- The indoor classroom gardens across the province love having a mentor to visit and assist with their gardens!
Other activities include- Classroom visits, Career presentations, etc.
Share your knowledge with youth in K-12!
